Welcome to the home of Stockport Jazz Associate. The Jazz Associate programme was founded in 2015, becoming the very first Jazz Associate scheme in the UK.

We are an associate programme based in Stockport, offering extremely intense training in the following subjects:

  • Jazz Technique
  • Commercial
  • Body Conditioning
  • Lyrical Jazz
  • And extra guest spots in different genres

Not only do we offer a professional level style training in these disciplines, we also work heavily with each individual student in:

  • Confidence
  • Choreography Skills
  • Audition Technique

This gives each student a real feel and all-round experience of the industry.

On top of all of this training, we also pride ourselves on being a family and a real team in each of our locations; we love to watch the students from all walks of life come together as one from a love of dance and performing.

All of our teachers and guest teachers are DBS checked and have extensive training within each field whether that is teaching World Champions to West End performers, offering a full wealth of knowledge and high-level of training required to obtain a career in the industry.

Not only are we the first and only Jazz Associate programme, but currently we offer a really specific and unique style of training.

When we look for our students there are many factors we look for – we not only look for great technique, but we also look for great POTENTIAL…. each student is not only here to learn the skill but also to build confidence and work on performance skills.

We thank you for choosing Jazz Associates and good luck!
